Budget Report
- rollup money in/out over last few years

Scout Store Authorization
- Bill G., Bill R, Bruce L and Dennis T are on the list
- This year we probably need to track scout store spending the same as we do re-imbursable spending. Probably same form, but just add a column for portions of purchases that reimbursement is being requested.
- account sales are not taxed as personal purchases, so please make separate purchases if you buy pack supplies and personal supplies

Popcorn Kernel Report
- Ross signed the pack up for popcorn sales
- Ross and Bill attended July 24 training in Ashford @7:00PM
- We want to make the popcorn funcraiser a more pominent program activity
Vernon Bicentenial Parade - Oct 5
- Starts at Highschool, ends in parking lot where P&C is
- Suggest it be a bike ride/parade. No reason we can't do other things, including a float. (if we do much more than bikes, we may need to get approval though)

- When:?pack date? Indivitual dates should be listed as well...

- Pack meetings begin at 6:30 this year
Raingutter regatta/space derby event in the fall(October?)
- who is interested in helping?
- need at least 2 raingutter race-waterways
- Should prep raingutters and demo derby runs by end of August or this event will not likely be successful
- need the actual raingutter raceway (2 watertight raingutters to race boats in) - anyone able to help make one?
- Need a place to host this event that will tolerate possible water leaks/spills
Scout joining night/recruitment activities
- Hit up area schools that don't have affiliated pack/parochial school?
- kids "business card" type cards to have kids share?
- trading cards of kids? How have others done this?
- Flyers to teachers to go to kids
- Make a game out of kids sharing about scouts somehow (maybe game for kids being recruited too?)

Thursday Sept 11 Ice Cream Social
- Joining table - who can attend (in uniform! Kids included?) We need to have recruiting materials ready for this as well.
- Volunteers for the event in general - let's get more coverage than we need for this so that we can also be visible volunteering behind the sundae table or at the front door as well! The more visible and active we are in the community the stronger Pack 221 will become

- $30 for popcorn kickoff kit ("the hat")
- $30 6 yard signs for S&S days
- $20 +$20 for prizes and stunt supplies(pack kickoff and den meetings $20 from usual pack prize money)
- includes prizes and for example beach balls for game/stunts
- Show and sell scouting has begun
- looking for donations of prizes(tickets?)
- games for Pop-off and Den Cheezies
- print online order forms for each kid on card stock
